1. General Services:

• Provision of seminar rooms (approximately 20 minutes of presentations and 10 minutes of discussion)
• Selection of expert moderators to lead the sessions and discussions
• Providing simultaneous interpreters for the translation of presentations (German?Russian)
• Providing of seminar equipment (data projector, screen, microphones, equipment for simultaneous interpreters)
• Display of catalogs to present company in front of seminar rooms
• Networking services to build new trade relationshops with associations and the industry
• Registering trade visitors
• Creation of visitor lists
• Providing hostesses to look after trade visitors
• Collaboration with trade associations and organizational partners
• Technical and organizational support from IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH during preparation and execution of the symposium

2. Advertising:

• Production and printing of a convention newspaper (DIN A3) in the local language
• Shipping of the convention newspaper
• Shipping of convention newspapers to your local sales representatives for distribution to customers
• Shipping of convention newspapers to the trade associations involved for distribution to members
• Ads in trade journals and newspapers
• Creation, translation and dispatch of two news flashes to potential visitors by fax
  

3. Associated Events:

• Welcome event for speakers on the day before the convention (introduction of organizational partners, moderators and simultaneous interpreters, technical tests, etc.)
• Lunch- and break catering for visitors and speakers
• Organization of embassy receptions
